Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Woplay at https://woplay.co. By opening the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Last updated: 19.09.2026.

1. The service

Woplay offers free browser games, a searchable catalogue and a public chat. The service is provided "as is", free of charge, and we may add, change or remove games and features at any time without notice.

2. Who may use it

You may use Woplay if you are at least 13 years old, or older where your country sets a higher minimum age for online services. If you are a minor, use the site only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

When using the site, and especially in chat, you agree not to:

  • post unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or discriminatory content;
  • harass, impersonate or bully other players, or publish anyone’s personal details;
  • send spam, advertising, referral links or repeated identical messages;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent rate limits, filters or moderation, or use automated tools to interact with the service;
  • copy, resell or redistribute the catalogue or embed our pages in a misleading way.

Play counts, leaderboards and similar figures are for entertainment; manipulating them is a breach of these terms.

4. Chat and moderation

Chat is public and organised into a separate room for each site language. Messages are not private, may be read by anyone and are retained as described in the privacy policy. We may hide or delete any message and block access without prior notice. You keep responsibility for what you write, and you grant us the right to display and moderate it on the site.

We do not pre-screen every message and cannot guarantee that content posted by other users is accurate or inoffensive.

5. Third-party games

Many games are embedded from third-party providers inside an iframe. Those games, their assets, trademarks and any in-game terms belong to their respective owners. We do not control their behaviour, advertising, data collection or availability, and we are not responsible for them. If you believe a game infringes your rights, contact privacy@woplay.co with details and we will review it promptly.

6. Our intellectual property

The Woplay name, logo, interface, original games, texts and design are protected. You may link to our pages freely, but you may not copy, adapt or commercially reuse them without written permission.

7. Availability and warranties

We aim for a stable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages and third-party failures can interrupt play. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, lost data, lost progress or lost profit arising from use of the site, from third-party games, or from content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Suspension

We may restrict or block access if these terms are breached, if the service is abused, or where required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you enjoy in your own country of residence.
